Fall Preview Concerts

We are excited to invite you to the CHS Music Program Fall Preview Concerts! 

• Monday, October 14, 2024 - Choir
• Tuesday, October 15, 2024 - Band & Jazz
• Wednesday, October 16, 2024 - Orchestra

Time: 7:00 PM
Location: CHS Auditorium
Attendance: This is a required performance event for all band students, as outlined in our course syllabus. Participation and attendance is a graded component of the course.

Concert Expectations
We kindly ask that all students remain for the entire duration of the concert to support their fellow musicians and take the opportunity to learn from each other’s performances.

We are looking forward to a fantastic night of music, and we hope you’ll join us in celebrating the dedication and talent of our students. Your presence and encouragement mean so much to them, and we can't wait to share this experience with our entire band family

Call Times for Musicians

Band: 10/15/24
6:00 PM – Wind Ensemble (for a rehearsal with BMMS band students)
6:30 PM – Symphonic Band, Symphonic Winds, and Jazz Band

Concert Attire
Students are required to wear the designated concert attire at all performances as described in the syllabus.

Option 1: Black pants. solid black long tie, black dress shoes (no sneakers), black socks, black long sleeve button-down dress shirt (black coat is optional)

Option 2: Black long dress (ankle or floor length) with sleeves or 2” straps with black shoes

Option 3: Black blouse, dress pants (no leggings), and black dress shoes (flats or heels, no sandals, sneakers, or casual shoes)
